We offer a 5% discount for parties that reserve both rooms in the Guest House for 2 or more nights. A 10% discount is offered for stays of 3 or more nights in any room (except Federal three-day weekends in which case the normal two or more night rate applies).
Guest House North and South Bedrooms
The Guest House includes a galley area with coffee/tea service, microwave oven and under-cabinet refrigerator.
Weekends (Friday/Saturday nights) $110 (one night), $100/night (two or more nights)
Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday nights) $85 (one night), $75/night (two or more nights)
Stone House – Efficiency Apartment
This space boasts a full kitchen, 3/4 bath, a full bed, and separate entrance off of the hot tub/outdoor shower area.
Weekends (Friday/Saturday nights) $110 (one night), $100/night (two or more nights)
Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday nights) $85 (one night), $75/night (two or more nights)
Stone House – Center Bedroom
The Center Bedroom has a double bed and a private bath located down the hall. Entrance is via the Stone House main floor.
Weekends (Friday/Saturday nights) $85 (one night), $75/night (two or more nights)
Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday nights) $70 (one night), $60/night (two or more nights)
Payment and General Information
Payment is by check, money order or cash. We are not yet equipped to handle credit cards. Any Sunday on a three-day Federal Holiday weekend is billed at the Friday/Saturday night rate. On such holidays we request a 2-night minimum stay.
Friday/Saturday overnight stays include a cooked breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Weekday stays (Sunday through Thursday evenings) include a continental-style breakfast featuring a selection of toast, cereals, seasonal fruit, coffee, tea and fruit juice. Breakfast is served between 8 and 9 AM each day. We also offer dinner and picnic packages. See the link for Dinners.
Breakfasts are traditional and usually include bacon and/or sausage, eggs cooked to order, and grits, home fries or pancakes. During the summer months fresh fruits are included on the menu (in July we try to offer pancakes with wild raspberries picked from the property at least once each weekend). If a guest has a dietary restriction please inform us ahead of time. We can provide meals to accommodate strict vegan, dairy or wheat gluten restrictions, or other special needs.
Other Charges and Discounts
Accommodation for a third person in a room, and/or for inflatable bed set up will incur an additional $20/night charge.
Smoking inside any room on the property will result in an additional $100 charge.
For rooms where pets are permitted, the pet fee is $10/pet/night – limit 2 pets. Pets must weigh 50lbs or less.
We offer group and long-term stay discounts as well. Group discounts apply for reservations that require 2 or more rooms for 2 or more nights. Please contact us for details.
