Overview
We offer several options for overnight accommodations. You have a choice of staying in the 1835 Stone House or using the more secluded and modern Guest House. There are two rooms in the Guest House which share a common seating area, galley, and large bathroom. This building is roughly 300 feet from the Stone House and directly to the north of the parking area. The building has a large deck with a seasonal outdoor shower. Both the deck and the lawn to the north of the Guest House are secluded. Please note that the Guest House is not available from Thanksgiving through the end of February. The Stone House also offers two rooms – one is an Efficiency Apartment with a separate outdoor entrance. The other is a smaller room, suitable for a single guest, that occupies the second floor of the house. That room, the Center Bedroom, has a private bath as does the Efficiency Apartment.

Regardless of where you stay at Sycamore, the property offers several shared amenities. Any of our guests are free to use the hot tub, located on the south terrace of the Stone House. That area also features an outdoor hot and cold shower. A fire ring is located in the pond bottom, to the west of the Stone House. If guests would like a campfire, we’ll require advanced notification. An interesting space for sun bathing, cocktails, or star gazing is the Corn Crib, which is located to the immediate west of the barn. Lastly, we maintain nearly a mile of walking trails and these are available for use anytime. Along some paths are mowed sunning areas. Many of the trails thread through clothing-optional areas of the property.

We are full the weekend of 11 August 2023.
