01 June 2020 – We’re pleased to announce that we’re reopening for Summer 2020. Given the nature of the pandemic, some things will change for this year. Please download the document above to make sure you understand how we’ll operate through 2020.

In brief, the biggest changes include:

  • Limits on the total number of guests on the property at any given time.
  • 24-hour vacancy period between reservations – to allow us to fully clean the room and/or building.
  • No sit down breakfasts or dinners at the Stone House.
  • Guests must complete a health certification prior to or at check-in.

Locally, there are differences in the various towns within Jefferson County, with many businesses closed or in the case of restaurants, open for carry-out only. The status of specific business may change over time so we ask you to visit this list for the business status in Shepherdstown, which includes all of the local restaurants.

Feel free to contact us if you’re thinking of a visit so we can ensure that your questions about your stay here are fully addressed.
